What shipping method do I choose?

Tracked shipping is available for all items, and provides security of knowing where your parcel is within the system.

Lettermail shipping is ONLY available for small items, such as clay goods, pins, stickers and scrunchies.

If larger items such as totes or clothing have lettermail shipping selected at checkout, an invoice will be sent to cover the difference in shipping. If the invoice is not paid within 24 hours, the order will cancelled.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are packed and processed within 3-5 business. This does not include shipping time, which depends on the carrier and deliver method chosen.

Orders shipped Canada Post Lettermail are sent without tracking, and can take up to 14 business days. Expedited parcels will ship within the above timeframe, and will usually be delivered within 5 business days.​

International shoppers - Orders will be processed in the above time frame. Please refer to your local carriers website for current delivery timeframes.

Please note: After the package has been dropped off at the post office, it is out of our hands to guarantee delivery. Tracking may not be updated by the carrier during busy seasons, please be patient while waiting for your order. If you prefer to have shipping insurance, please contact us before your purchase.

How do I care for my polymer clay pieces?

This medium is generally very strong, but it needs your help to stay in its best condition possible! Follow these guidelines to keep your accessories looking new;

  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Polymer clay can scuff and scratch, especially lighter colours. Wearing dark, unwashed colours can cause the colours to fade.
  • Use a damp cloth to wipe your pieces between wears. A gentle pass with a baby wipe will also work.
  • Please be gentle with your new pieces. Avoid bending or dropping your pieces.
  • Do not swim or shower while wearing your accessories in order to preserve the colours.

Over time, pieces that are well worn will reflect this, even with the best care possible.

How do I care for my flannel or denim pieces?

All our clothing is upcycled to give pieces a second life. These pieces will be in "worn" condition, meaning they have typically softened from previous washing.

For designs with a pressed print on them, to preserve the longevity of the design:

  • Wash inside our on cold and gentle cycle
  • Hang dry only
  • No bleach
  • Do not iron the design area

For hand painted garments:

  • Spot clean when necessary

If needing a more intensive wash:

  • Wash inside out on cold and gentle cycle
  • Hang dry only
  • No bleach
  • Do not iron the design area

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes! Our stickers are waterproof AND dishwasher safe. However, I recommend hand washing to preserve the life of the sticker.

I forgot to use my coupon code! What can I do?

Unfortunately I am unable to adjust purchases made that have not used a valid coupon code. Please make sure to double check before you pay that you have entered the code. If the code is not working, please message us before you make a purchase.

Do you accept returns?

All purchases are final sale. However, if you have a problem upon receipt of your order, please email us to problem solve. 

What if I want a custom order?

Please send us a message through Instagram, the contact form on the website, or through email with specifics of what you are looking for. If it is something that we are capable of producing, you will be provided a quote and a 50% deposit is required before work on your custom order will begin. If we are not able to accommodate your request, a referral to another business will be made. Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to be completed, not including shipping. If you need your order sooner, please let us know and we can discuss an expedited fee.

Do you do wholesale?
